MARKETING PROJECTS

Slideshow of Gathered Information

This marketing project was set up because of the crucial need to improve St. Brother Andre's cafeteria. Both the Business and Enhancement club teamed up to create a marketing project that would help meet the student's needs within the cafeteria.

We started with researching what we needed to fix about the cafeteria. Our research consisted of creating a questionnaire survey regarding what students enjoy at the cafe, would like to have in the cafe, and other specific questions about the food.

We printed out numerous amounts of surveys that would amount to more than a thousand surveys to gather up detailed data. To inform students that this marketing project was happening throughout the week we had a poster up and running throughout each lunch period on a giant screen. As well, we handed out free baked goods provided by Cafe Andre. These baked goods was to provide a sample of the new and improved Cafe Andre. The surveys were then distributed throughout each homeroom class and collected by the end of each class.

Once all our data was collected we needed to put it in an organized matter. We categorized the surveys by grades: 9, 10, 11, 12. Through this, it was easier to keep track of certain students' preferences. The team gathered up all the information and put it into differeent graphs that would compared what the students want to see from Cafe Andre next, which ended up it being prices to be lowered and a greater selection of food.

In the end, all the information was put into a slide show where the whole Marketing Team presented it to the School and Parent Council. The final results went well and Cafe Andre was able to improve their selection and recieved higher percentages of purchases from students.

Sports Marketing: Phoenix Fury FC

Ticket Designs, Team Pennant, Logo, Uniforms, Kids Camp Brochure

As a final project for my Sports Marketing course in high school, my classmates and I were assigned a state in the USA and create a soccer team. A group of 6, including me, were given Phoenix as a state. This project took a lot of crucial planning, researching, and assembling time because of all the detail we had to include to make a team.

The first step we took for this project was creating a team name, Phoenix Fury FC, and giving a meaning to the team. Through giving it a meaning, we were able to figure out our objectives and what we wanted for our finals results. We organized everything we needed to include for the project and branched out into smaller teams to work on the promotional criteria, design criteria, and financial criteria. I worked on mainly the design work which included creating our whole design for the team. I created everything in the PDF file attached which includes: the ticket designs, team pennant, logo, uniforms, and a camp brochure.

There were a lot of attention to detail that we needed to include such as; detailed information about those we were targeting, items provided during promotional events, what companies fundraise for us and for what. Certain information like this was crucial in our paperwork.

After finalizing all our work and putting everything together, we presented our team to our teacher and classmates. The end results were exceptional; everyone was stunned at the amount of detail included in our marketing project that it won us first place. My team and I got the chance to work with a guy, who works on the marketing team for TFC, for having the best marketing project.
