VIDEO PROJECTS
Below is a compilation of videos I've done in the past for school projects or contests that I participated in on my own time. Filming has always been a great interest of mine, I find it fun touching on the detail of everything being filmed. I want to continue my interest of film making by pursuing as many projects as I can when the chance comes my way.
This video was for the 2014 Avery Binders Wake Up Contest, in which a group of friends and I participated in it on our own time. We had to create a video about waking up for school and somehow incorporate Avery Binders into it. Although we did not win, it was a fun experience filming the whole project.
This is a Doritos commerical created for my Computer Technology class from high school. With a team of 4, we created a video about people turning into creepy mezmorized zombies because they notice someone open a bag of Doritos. We wanted to capture our audiences attention by creating a humourous commercial in a non-realistic way. In the end, this project gained the most attention from my teacher compared to other groups. My main involvement for the project was being the videographer.
This is a movie trailer that I directed and filmed for a book called The Power of Six which I read for a school project in high school.
This video was a project for my high schools film festival, St. Brother Andre Film Festival (SBAFF). We decided to create a dramatic proposal about a guy asking a girl if she would be his drama partner. This video placed us in second place for the contest.
This video was for the 2013 Rule The Tube CA Video Competition. A group of 6 of us joined together to create this video, where myself, and 2 others filmed. We won first place in the high school category for “Passing on Success", in which we recieved a total of $1,500.
