Champion Life Center
Champion Life Center is a church that I have been attending ever since I was a little girl. The church has branches in many different cities, such as: Brampton, Toronto, London, Cambridge, and many other cities. We even have branches in the Philippines. It is one place where I feel most comfortable because everyone I know there is considered a second family. From growing up in this church I have learned how important it is to help out in a community, which is why I always participate in all the events.
-
Volunteer for many events and special occasions such as: Valentines Day, Christmas Dinners, and Easter, where I would help set up the meals.
-
Help serve food for all these events.
-
Help clean up tables and chair after events are finished.
-
Participate in the Christmas and Easter play every year where I am a different role each year.
-
Helped make various outfits/costumes for these plays.
Marketing Club
The Marketing Club is a club the Business and Enhancement Club founder due to the need for certain projects to have detailed plans in order to complete the projects. The main purpose for the club was because our Principal had asked both clubs to join to help change our Cafeteria environment. The Cafeteria needed some design improvements, as well as changing the menu up to better satisfy the students. This project required gathered data from our students through surveys and interviews. Although the marketing club was mainly created for one purpose, to improve the Cafeteria, it was a perfect way to get to know different students and make a difference in the school.

For the first year the club ran, we were able to complete five big projects that really made a difference within the school. Being a co-founder and the vice president for the club was a really great experience because it gave me the responsibility to show leadership towards the clubs’ members.
